K9 Entry Service makes booking for dog shows convenient and simple. We offer a user-friendly platform for conformation, obedience, rally, and agility enthusiasts to enter their dogs in shows from the comfort of their own homes.

Every entry is important to us!

We make every effort to ensure entries are submitted with accuracy. Time permitting, each entry is checked no less than three times prior to submission. However, we cannot guarantee entries. Many factors are out of our control; limited shows, courier issues, bad weather, power outages, etc.

Please make sure you received a confirmation. We do send out confirmation e-mails. It is your responsibility to check the e-mails for accuracy before entries close. Once entries have closed, no changes can be made per AKC rules. Be aware that downed internet providers, downed phone lines, host issues, etc. can disrupt the receiving of entry requests.

Duplicate entries. We attempt to catch duplicate entries. However, we cannot be held responsible. Please check with your handler or client with any concerns.

Changes to entries. We will e-mail the superintendent with any change (i.e. class, ownership, etc.) requests made known prior to closing.

Entry submissions on the day of closing. Most shows close at 12:00 p.m. (noon), Wednesday, at the superintendent's or show secretary’s location. Provided the superintendent or show secretary is set up to take day of closing entries, we accept them until closing.
Additional Fees on Day of Closing:

Show Secretaries Fees. Their fees to take day of closing entries vary. We do NOT charge extra for these submittals; however, they usually charge a fee, and it will be passed on to you. Please be aware that not all show secretaries are set up to take entries and payment on the day of closing. Please make sure these entries are put in 48 hours in advance of closing, thus allowing for an alternative delivery method.

Superintendent Fees. We do pay a monthly fee (which is NOT passed on to you) to all superintendents offering a discount on the day of closing fees. This ensures you aren’t overpaying for those submissions. We do NOT charge extra for these submittals. Their fees to take day of closing entries vary and will be passed on to you. These are their fees.
RV Parking Reservations & Reserved Grooming:

We do accept RV parking and reserved grooming reservations where a form is available. Please be aware that we can guarantee any reservations as they usually fill up quickly.

Parking reservation information is kept on file. Please provide us with the answers needed to complete and submit these forms.
